From being able to carry all your groceries in one trip, to entering your first weightlifting competition, we can take you there!
Meet your Trainer
(and biggest supporter)
Like most trainers, Alejandra has been involved in sports and fitness from a very young age. Gymnastics, basketball/volleyball, triathlons, crossfit, jiu jitsu, olympic weightlifting– you name it! She has always loved exploring the boundaries of her physical capabilities and embracing her strength in and out of the gym, which led to her pursuing a certification as a Personal Trainer from ACE, as well as becoming certified as an Olympic Weightlifting Competition Coach through the NCCP.
More importantly, Alejandra is passionate about promoting strength training as a means of building extremely resilient men and women. As a personal trainer and strength coach, there’s nothing she enjoys more than seeing her clients’ faces when they lift things they didn’t think they could (...but, she knew they had it in them all along!).
After 8 years of experience in personal training, olympic weightlifting and the fitness industry in general, Alejandra has no interest in making people sweat just for the sake of “getting a good sweat”. She believes in well thought out, individualized programming built with the foundations of strength training, mobility and health. There is no one size fits all approach, and you’ll hear her answering most training questions with “it depends” (it really does!). She sets herself apart from other trainers by pulling from her Bachelor’s in Psychology and experience working as a physio assistant. She is thoroughly equipped to train her clients in a well-rounded fashion, so they can be the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
She believes in meeting people where they are, and what their bodies can do, and not what they should look like.

Learn something new! While often confused with Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting is the sport of lifting weights over your head, fast! Consisting of two movements: the snatch, and the Clean & Jerk, this sport challenges your strength, power, speed and mobility all at once.

All programs are individualized to your needs, and delivered via Train Heroic.
