Personal training
For everyone and anyone who would like to learn to strength train, and become stronger and healthier. We focus on strength and conditioning so you have a strong body, heart, and mind. Once you’ve done your consultation, and established a training schedule, your trainer will create a program targeting your needs and goals. All you have to do is show up, be ready to have fun, and of course, lift weights!

Olympic Weightlifting
While often confused with Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting is the sport of lifting weights over your head, fast! Comprised by two movements: the snatch, and the Clean & Jerk, this sport challenges your strength, power, speed and mobility all at once. No, you don’t have to compete or be an athlete. You can do it just for fun!

Programming
For those who feel pretty confident lifting on their own, but look for accountability, and guidance.
All programs are individualized to each person, and delivered via Train Heroic, and updated weekly based on your feedback and progress.
A consultation must be done beforehand. Check-ins can be done in person or via zoom every two weeks.
