AMAZING! The strength movement is absolutely fantastic and SO much fun.

Alejandra, my coach and the founder of the strength movement, built me an amazing 4 day training plan to help me increase my general strength and fitness - the best part is that she works with me to make it something that I can do every week. I have too many assignments this week and I’m stressed? That’s okay, she will shift my week [..] so I could still get some movement in. The best part about the strength movement is how easy and accessible they make working out. I meet with Ale every couple weeks or so on zoom and we go over my workouts, talk about what was good, what was bad, and how I feel about my progress.
